Alex Sefton

Alex Sefton serves as the Founder and Executive Director of All For One Ministries (A41). He is a lifelong resident of Greensburg, Indiana. Before coming on staff with A41 in 2024, Alex's professional experience included philanthropy, church ministry, and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. Alex is passionate about leading and coaching teams and strongly committed to helping individuals realize their value and potential in Christ.

Chay Sefton serves as A41's Ministry Coordinator. Chay holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Music and Crisis Counseling) from Liberty University, and she is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a focus in Parenting & Child/Adolescent Development, also through Liberty University.
